The most common food question I receive is “So, what do you eat everyday?” This, my friends, is the gist of it. Some of you will look at this Whole30 July Meal Plan and scoff saying, “I need more variety!” Well, sorry :). I’m a creature of habit and I really enjoy my daily Spinach Salad with homemade guacamole and Aidell’s Chicken and Apple Sausage. And I love my daily scrambled eggs. Feel free to use this for inspiration to create your own (see blank calendar at the bottom of this post!).
