Well, hello again.

Sorry. It’s been a minute. I could fumble through excuses, life being busy, work stress, yada, yada, but let’s just start fresh.

Hi, I’m Nora. Let’s catch up.

There is much to share with you all, but let’s just start here:

We met up with our MS Running Team, Run a Myelin My Shoes, and participated in the Monumental Marathon Weekend Races in early November.

May be an image of 1 person, standing and text that says 'DIANAPOLIS ARTSO ARTSGARDEN POLIS'

Brian and I ran the 5K. And several of our teammates rocked the Marathon:

And we gathered and had an amazing dinner together after the race. (HUGE THANKS to Hanger Clinic and Thusane for sponsoring our team!)

We had a great article written about our team in the Indy Star.

And Thusane made us an incredible recap video!

And I got to do a Podcast Interview with MS Fitness Challenge Podcast! Check it out to hear this fun conversation with the lovely Maureen Manley.

Today is the first day of December and let me tell you… this girl is READY for Christmas and all the JOY of this season. There are many, many, many activities over the next few weeks, but I’m so thankful to have a full calendar after a 2020 where there was very little happening.

I promise to not let months go by without another post. There’s lots of feels and processing happening right now that I promise I’ll share when I’m less tender about it all. I’ve just needed some time to work through feelings and thoughts and want to be mindful of how I share with all of you, so stay tuned.

I pray this post finds you happy and full of joy. And if not, if you too are feeling tender and cautious with your heart and mind as we enter this season, let me lend you this virtual hug and tell you that you’re not alone. Just don’t walk this valley alone. There are friends and loved ones who care about you and you matter to them. Let them in on what you’re going through.

Merry Christmas, friends. Comment with at least one thing that brings you JOY right now!
