I’m going in for my MRI tonight at 6:20(ish) pm eastern time. Prayers would be appreciated for a fast, thorough scan and good results.

While we wait, I thought it would be fun to post some of my favorite MRI comics. If you’re heading in for an MRI soon, hopefully this will bring you some much needed chuckles and stress relief. I like to think of it as a very expensive spa treatment–I tell my tech to cover my eyes with a luxury hospital washcloth and I try to zone out and listen to the music that’s trying to play over the bangs of the machine. Once a year is more than enough for me! BUT, I am SO thankful for good technology!

So, enjoy these fun little pics I’ve collected over the years. And praying for you to have peace during your future MRIs :).

Sending you best wishes for your MRI! Try your best to think positive thoughts going into this and everything will be okay! I know I always get so stressed with the anticipation of laying in the machine for hours and then waiting for the results. My last MRI was 2 hours long and it seemed like an eternity! I will be thinking of you and sending you lots of positive vibes!!!!
