I will be drinking apple cider vinegar every day:
If you haven’t already, Google health benefits of apple cider vinegar and you will get over loaded with information. Some of the claims are that it helps with weight loss, stomach issues, dandruff, acne, energy, nighttime cramps, bad breath, blood sugar, etc, but I’m interested mostly in the overall anti-inflammatory properties and how it can possibly fight free radicals in your body. From what I can tell, it can’t hurt me and any opportunity to try to benefit my health I’m willing to try!
For my experiment I will be adding an 8 ounce glass of water with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar per day, likely first thing in the morning. I’ll follow up in a week or so and let you notice if I observe any positive or negative changes!
